Returns Policy

Whilst we want you to be happy with the products you have received from us. We understand that sometimes items aren’t quite right for you. If you wish to return an item we are happy to offer a full refund in accordance with our returns eligibility criteria.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28-days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll then have 14-days to return the goods to us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returns eligibility

All items that you wish to return must:

  • Be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
  • Be unaltered, unwashed and have any tags still attached.

We’ll require the receipt or proof of purchase in order to process your return.

Returning an item

You are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. For all returns, please download and print a copy of our online returns form, accessible here.

Once you have completed your return, securely package and send your item back to us.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment to us. We recommend a trackable mail service and in rare cases an insured service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods, or proof of a received return.

Exchanges

We do allow for exchanges, for example if you selected the wrong size or colour when purchasing an item. Please let us know of your preferred choice of exchange when submitting your return.

Damaged goods

Any items that arrive damaged or faulty must be returned to us for inspection. We will provide a return label for faulty products. We are unable to cover return costs for accidental orders or should you change your mind.

Returns prior to delivery

We cannot facilitate returns for dispatched goods prior to delivery. If you wish to return an item before it has been received, please wait until the goods have been received and then contact us to process your return.

Please Note: We do not allow items to be sent back with the driver / courier upon arrival.
